Ritual 1 – The aroma of warm bread and slowly brewed coffee
It all starts in the kitchen, where every ingredient has a precise origin and a real name.
The bread is Sardinian, naturally leavened.
The jams are homemade or selected from small local producers.
The honey comes from a beekeeper a few kilometres from here.
The coffee is not pre-mixed. It is not in capsules.
It is prepared slowly, as it used to be.
And the milk — for those who want it — arrives every morning from a nearby farm.
