The room of breathing and earth

Birde, in Sardinian language means green. It is the colour of balance, rebirth, and the slow pace that reconnects.

It is a double room on the second floor, with a balcony overlooking the fountain square, a bathroom with shower, decorated floors, and a brick vaulted ceiling.

This room overlooks the square and is flooded with light from three walls.
Once the coldest room in the house, today it exudes a different kind of warmth: that of materials that tell distant stories — hand-fired bricks and other, more regular ones, which arrived from Marseille during the second industrial revolution.
