We have been awarded the best global sustainability certification for hospitality.
We have coherent habits, every day, for anything
we choose natural products,
we reuse everything we can,
we don’t waste anything,
we fix before replacing,
we work with whomever has the same vision.
And most importantly, we don’t promise more than we can do.
What it means for us
- We use local, fresh, seasonal, products as often as possible
- We don’t have television sets but we offer books and time
- We don’t waste water, energy, words
- We choose suppliers and collaborators who share our values
- We prefer slow pace, even in communication
